This talented team of culinary experts aims to make wedding dreams come true and transform any celebration into an indulgent experience. They’re known for their special dietary accommodations and can craft mouth-watering dishes that each of your guests can savor. They serve couples throughout Maine, New Hampshire and Cape Cod. Simply Catered By Bethany believes in crafting personalized menus that tell a story. Each dish will not only satisfy and entice your guests but also create the opportunity for them to learn more about you through the experience. Owner and chef Bethany, a certified nutritionist, has over 30 years of experience and previously owned an entirely plant-based restaurant. She understands that your guests may have diverse needs and is trained in gluten-free cooking, as she herself is celiac. Some top flavors in her repertoire include BBQ, cajun, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Middle Eastern, and Mexican. Upon booking with Simply Catered By Bethany, their team will curate a bespoke menu for your event. Whether you prefer buffets, appetizers, plated dinners, or a festive food truck, they can cater to many different styles of celebration. On your big day, they’ll arrive with servers and all the necessary supplies and handle all delivery, setup, and clean up. They can work with any budget and number of guests, giving you peace of mind throughout the process.
